1. When will my order ship?
Orders will ship out within 3-5 days (this does not include Sunday or holidays so please allow additional time for these days). During the holidays, please expect up to 3 weeks as we expect to get a lot of orders during this time. We appreciate your patience. Once your item is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation via email and tracking info.
2. Are your products tested on animals?
We are proud to say that our products are never tested on animals, nor is there ever any harsh chemicals or dyes used...which means this is completely safe to use :)
3. Are your products made in the United States?
All products are made here in the United States, except our lip pencils which were made in France.
4. Can I cancel my order once it's placed?
Yes, we allow up to 24 hours for cancellations. After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.
5. Do you ship to other countries besides the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We ask that you double-check to make sure your address is correct. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. There was an issue with my order. What are the next steps?
Beautiful Nightmare Cosmetics understands the frustration of a product that may have been damaged during shipping and not being able to return or exchange. Therefore, we allow up to 24-48 hours after your product was receive to contact us at info@beautifulnightmarecosmetics.com describing the way it came, the issues you have, and sending us a picture of the product(s). We will work diligently to solve the issue. Please note, we do not offer refunds. We offer returns as store credit and exchanges.
7. Can I purchase your products anywhere else?
Currently, we only provide products through our website. As we continue to grow, this may change.
8. If I post a picture or a video with your products, do I have a chance to be included on the website or page?
OMG! Yes. Just tag @beautifulnightmarecosmetics in your post on Facebook or Instagram. We want to see the amazing looks you create using our products.
