Cancellations: We allow up to 24 hours for cancellations. After 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel your order.
We do not offer refunds but we offer exchanges and returns (in the form of store credit) only if the item was damaged. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, we allow 24-48 hours after receiving your item to report it via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us a detailed description of the damaged product along with a picture. If 48 hours have gone by since the date you received your products, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Returns/Store Credit and Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/store credit or exchange.
If you are approved, we will contact you via email on your store credit and exchanges. Store credit can be used no later than 15 days after approval. For exchanges, no later than 15 days.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately sale items are not included.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items totaling over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
